Detailed Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and technically proficient Value Sales Engineer (m/f/d) to provide top-tier technical support during sales conversations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting the adoption of our robotics solutions by offering expert guidance throughout the sales process. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge, customer-focused skills, and a deep understanding of the robotics field.


Your tasks as a Value Sales Engineer:


  1. Work directly with Account Executives and act as a trusted technical advisor to end customers.

  2. Technical contact in the sales process: Understanding customer requirements, advising and recommending value-added solutions and supporting the team in achieving quarterly sales goals.

  3. Work closely with the Account Executive team to build strong relationships with prospective clients.

  4. Develop and deliver technical presentations, product demos and proof of value to prospective customers.

  5. Design, adaptation and configuration of our automation solutions to meet specific customer needs.

  6. Representing client company at industry events, trade shows and conferences.

  7. As a technical interface, you will work closely with Head of Revenue, the Head of Technical Customer Solution, the Account Executives and the product development team to share customer feedback and contribute to product improvement.
